Founder and Principal Consultant
As an experienced community engagement and organizational management professional, Tosin Akande is passionate about communities and the organizations that serve them.
She has leveraged partnerships and collaborations to drive meaningful change. With a 10+ year career in social services and continuous quality improvement, she excels in strategic planning, consulting, and leadership development. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Community Engagement with a focus on successful collaboration among social service agencies.
Tosin is dedicated to supporting BIPOC organizations and leaders in the nonprofit sector. She is eager to collaborate with like-minded organizations and individuals committed to creating a sustainable impact.
Dr. S. Ashlee Bledsoe
Founder and Principal Consultant
Dr. S. Ashlee Bledsoe holds a Ph.D. in Sociology focusing on culture, social structure, and organizations. Her research includes topics such as legitimacy in organizations, culture, and institutions and the impact of inequality in the United States. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, she provides valuable insights into attitudes, behaviors, and group dynamics.
Additionally, Dr. Bledsoe has applied her expertise to evaluation projects within nonprofit settings. She has designed data collection procedures, conducted thorough data analyses, and created comprehensive reports that offer actionable recommendations for improving programs and operations.
